Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total order value.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. In such cases, customers may return the items according to our Returns Policy for a refund, excluding shipping fees.
